At BrainBoost Boxes, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your BrainBoost Box, in line with EU consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The box must be unused and unopened

  • All items must be in their original packaging

  • You must contact us before sending the item back

To start a return, please email us at hello@brainboostboxes.com with your order number and reason for return.

💶 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Boxes that have been opened or used

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse

  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your box arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos if possible

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

🎁 Early Access & Promotional Orders

Early Access and discounted orders follow the same return and refund policy outlined above.
