BrainBoost Boxes – Monthly Subscription Agreement

Effective Date: 15/01/2026

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is between BrainBoost Boxes (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the subscribing customer (“you”, “your”).

By subscribing to the BrainBoost Boxes Monthly Subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Overview

The BrainBoost Boxes Monthly Subscription provides you with one BrainBoost Box per month, delivered to your chosen address.

  • Price: €30 per box

  • Billing Frequency: Monthly

  • Minimum Commitment: 3 consecutive months

This subscription is designed to support your child’s learning through hands-on, screen-free activities delivered monthly.

2. Minimum Subscription Term

By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

  • The subscription cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months.

  • You will be charged €30 each month for the first three months, regardless of box usage or delivery issues outside our control.

After the initial 3-month period, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are automatically charged monthly to the payment method provided at checkout.

  • The €30 subscription fee is charged each month until the subscription is cancelled after the minimum term.

  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or temporarily pause delivery until payment is successful.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is only allowed after the first 3 months have been completed.

  • After the minimum term, you may cancel your subscription at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.

  • Cancellations made after a billing date will take effect the following month.

No refunds are provided for boxes already paid for or dispatched.

5. Delivery

  • One box will be dispatched per month.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

  • BrainBoost Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Changes to Subscription or Pricing

We reserve the right to:

  • Update box contents to reflect seasonal themes or availability

  • Adjust subscription pricing after your initial 3-month commitment, with prior notice

Any pricing changes will not affect boxes already paid for.

7. Use of Products

BrainBoost Boxes are designed for educational and play purposes for children aged 5–9 years (or as specified on the box).

  • Adult supervision is recommended.

  • BrainBoost Boxes is not responsible for misuse of materials or failure to follow provided instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • BrainBoost Boxes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the most recent box.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands , without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your subscription purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You understand and accept this Agreement

  • You agree to the minimum 3-month subscription commitment
